Jeffy is a god who has super human abilities, he was first seen on the Day of Reckoning where he took every single person who did a sin, bad or not and mutilated them beyond recognition. He has only been seen on the Day of Reckoning, 1587, 1867, 1999 and 2013, with him mutilating a good amount of people going from 200 to 200k people each day he came, people who are lucky to survive his terror are blessed with a glow in their eyes for the rest of their lives.
